I spent most of my life in sales and marketing. I became a Sales Coach, Trainer and Speaker with a passion to motivate & inspire people to work towards their Greatness. My goal in training and speaking is to provide information that would render immediate improvement followed by long-term positive results.

I believe that everyone can dream & reach for their own Greatness. My passion is to equip with the tools and confidence to WIN. Using my 30+ years of Entrepreneurship, 7 Published Books, 2 Trademarks & 1 Anti-Violence Board Game.

 I Teach Thinking!

As a high school slow reader, I began Rapping and writing Rhymes were a natural gift. Reading my rhymes my reading comprehension and reading speed ascended unknowingly. So, I discovered reading Rhythmic Rhymes can help youth & adults who struggle to read. Now I give back what changed my life.

Still having compassion to uplift people, I stimulate with my gift of Rhyme. My Rhythmic Poetry style is designed to Inspire, Provoke, Enlighten and Encourage. Short stories of Inspiration, Hope, Triumph, and Victory. I also share Galvanizing Quotes to go on desk, refrigerators or mirrors, etc.

Two of my most challenging feats during this lifetime was to write an entire Poetic Love Story Plotline. I took my creative imagination of storytelling of writing five-minute rap songs, and I challenged myself to write a 3-hour read Love Journey. My “True Poetic Love Affair” is a current time Poetic Romeo & Juliet.

My other most challenging feat was securing my 1st TRADEMARK in my very own writing genre. “Hip Hop Memoirs” Real Stories of Real People I’ve interviewed listening for sensational stories of pain or glory.

I now have a 2nd Trademark, my Anti-Violence Character “BOBO The Champ”. BOBO stands for Better-Options-Better-Outcomes. BOBO Advocates Non-Violence. BOBO teaches “Let’s Stay Alive & put fighting Aside”.

In 2022 I became a United Way Partner and we launched our Anti-Violence Pilot Project. We distribute my BOBO Board Game, BOBO Books & BOBO’s Anti-Violence Floor Banners to Schools, YMCA’s, Rec Centers, Churches, Libraries & any place we can spread Anti Bullying messaging. Our efforts have also now begun to include Medical Centers & Doctor Offices.
